Job Duties
- ensure a quick, easy, and fun shopping experience by assisting customers in discovering the best bargains
- facilitate a smooth fitting room experience by welcoming customers, guiding them to fitting rooms, and efficiently sorting and returning clothing to the sales floor
- share your passion for fashion and inform customers about exciting events, Nordstrom gift cards, the Nordstrom Rewards program, and how to join our mailing list
- maintain an organized stockroom and carry out all inventory processes to ensure merchandise is accurately checked in and properly ticketed
- collaborate with the team to keep the sales floor visually appealing and orderly
- assist with merchandising and product displays to enhance customer engagement
- support efficient checkout processes when needed
