Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior retail or cashier experience preferred
- Ability to stand, bend, stoop, reach, push, pull and lift up 15 to 35 lbs occasionally
- Ability to work extended periods standing or walking
- Ability to perform repetitive motions continuously for short periods
- Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Basic proficiency with point-of-sale systems
- Commitment to providing excellent customer service
Job Qualifications
- Prior retail sales experience preferred
- Prior cashier or customer-focused experience preferred
- Ability to stand, bend, stoop, reach, push, pull and lift up 15 to 35 lbs occasionally

Job Duties
- Greet everyone and proactively approach customers to understand their needs and support their shopping experience
- Process customer sales transactions and returns in accordance with established Front-End procedures
- Promote company programs such as customer loyalty program participation, warranty sales, private label credit card enrollment
- Adhere to established policies and procedures related to safety, loss prevention and standard operating procedures
- Create an inclusive store environment where everyone feels welcome, safe, and is treated with respect
- Take an all-hands-on-deck approach to support the team across the store
- Perform other tasks as assigned by management
