- prior retail or cashier experience preferred
- ability to stand for long periods

Job Duties
- Maintain safety of facility according to company policies and procedures by conducting safety sweeps
- follow forklift spotting procedures
- follow procedures for handling and disposing of hazardous materials
- comply with company steel standard guidelines
- correct and report unsafe situations to facility management
- provide member service by acknowledging members and identifying needs
- assist members with purchasing decisions
- locate merchandise
- resolve member issues and concerns
- promote company products and services
- provide guidance and support for self-service technology
- process member purchases
- assist with payments according to company policies for different membership and payment types
- assist with transactions using registers or self-checkout
- zone the area
- arrange and organize merchandise
- comply with company policies and ethics by implementing action plans
- use the Open Door Policy
- complete work assignments and priorities by collaborating with managers, co-workers, customers, and business partners
