Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior retail sales or customer service experience preferred
- Ability to stand, bend, stoop, reach, push, pull and lift up to 35 lbs occasionally
- Ability to work extended periods of time standing or walking
- Ability to perform repetitive motions for short periods of time
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Job Duties
- Greet customers and proactively approach them to understand their needs and enhance their shopping experience
- Process customer sales transactions and returns in accordance with Front-End procedures
- Promote company programs including customer loyalty program participation, warranty sales, and private label credit card enrollment
- Adhere to safety, loss prevention, and standard operating procedures maintaining confidentiality of company information
- Create an inclusive store environment where everyone feels welcome, safe, and respected
- Support the team across the store with an all-hands-on-deck approach
- Perform other tasks as assigned by management
