Job Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old to serve alcoholic beverages in Tennessee
Food Handlers Card
ABC Service Certification
CPR certification and/or First Aid training preferred
Ability to work in an environment with elevated temperatures
Ability to work and move quickly in tight spaces safely
Must be able to lift at least 25 lbs
Maintain a neat, clean and well-groomed appearance according to company standards
Applicants with additional language skills preferred

Job Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED equivalent preferred
Minimum of one year experience in retail, hospitality or customer service required
Knowledge of Teamwork and Toast POS system
Ability to read, write and speak English to interact with guests, public and coworkers
Proficient verbal communication skills
Ability to work professionally under pressure in a busy, loud, and crowded environment
Strong interpersonal skills for guest satisfaction
Basic mathematical skills
Knowledge of venue daily maintenance and cleaning
Must know required legal documents such as ABC, Health Department, Police and City regulations

Job Duties

Maintain a positive, high, well-balanced energy level throughout the entire shift
Have strong interpersonal communication skills to greet guests, answer guest questions and address guest concerns warmly and professionally
Keep merchandise displays organized, clean and visually appealing
Correct and accurate execution of the POS system
Handle customer inquiries, special orders or sizing requests promptly and courteously
Track inventory levels, restock displays and report low stock to management
Assist with inventory counts and receiving new merchandise shipments
