Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous baking experience preferred but not required
- Ability to operate bakery equipment safely and efficiently
- Strong attention to detail and quality standards
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Willingness to learn and grow within the company

Job Duties
- Prepare bread, cookies, pastries, and specialty desserts with a focus on achieving superior quality
- Enhance cakes and sweets with imaginative and meticulous decorations
- Use ovens, mixers, slicers, and proofers with care and effectiveness
- Uphold the standards for freshness, quality, and safety of products
- Maintain cleanliness, order, and full inventory in bakery display cases and on shelves
- Interact with clients and deliver exceptional assistance
