Job Requirements
- Availability and willingness to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand up to 12 hours, climb, kneel, squat, push, pull, frequently lift and/or move up to 20 lbs, and occasionally carry up to 50 lbs
- Upholds a professional and approachable style and presentation
- Executes safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards
- Previous retail or customer service experience
- Flexibility in daily tasks and responsibilities
- Commitment to maintain company standards and procedures
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience as a team member, crew member, retail associate, or sales clerk
- Enthusiastic about working within a Colorado-based company

- Maintains a professional and approachable style and presentation

Job Duties
- Interact with incoming and departing guests warmly with genuine intent and eye contact
- Restock high-quality products promptly
- Take guests' orders and payments in a timely manner
- Manage cash drawer and follow all cash handling policies and procedures
- Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers
- Ensure that the store is being maintained and cleaned following company standards
- Comply with all company policies and procedures, such as opening and closing duties, dress code, and processing transactions
