Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • prior retail sales, cashier, or customer-focused experience preferred
  • ability to stand, bend, stoop, reach, push, pull and lift up to 35 lbs. items repetitively
  • ability to work extended periods of time standing or walking
  • ability to work at heights greater than 4 feet using ladder or platform
  • ability to perform repetitive motions for short periods continuously
  • strong interpersonal and communication skills

Job Qualifications

  • Prior retail sales, cashier, or customer-focused experience preferred
  • ability to stand, bend, stoop, reach, push, pull and lift up 15 to 35 lbs. items repetitively up to 25 times per hour
  • ability to work extended periods of time up to 4 hours standing or walking
  • ability to work at heights greater than 4 feet using ladder, aerial lifting device, or platform
  • ability to perform repetitive motions for short periods up to 2 hours continuously

Job Duties

  • Greet everyone and proactively approach customers to understand their needs and support their shopping experience
  • uphold company merchandising and presentation standards by following established floor sets, signage requirements, price changes, inventory presentation and replenishment standards
  • promote company programs including customer loyalty program participation, warranty sales, private label credit card enrollment
  • adhere to established policies and procedures related to safety, loss prevention and standard operating procedures
  • maintain confidentiality of all Company information
  • create an inclusive store environment where everyone feels welcome, safe, and is treated with respect
  • take an all-hands-on-deck approach to support the team across the store
  • perform other tasks as assigned by management
