Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior retail or customer service experience preferred
- Ability to stand, bend, stoop, reach, push, pull and lift up 15 to 35 lbs. items repetitively up to 25 times per hour
- Ability to work extended periods of time up to 4 hours standing or walking
- Ability to work at heights greater than 4 feet with use of a ladder or aerial lifting device
- Ability to perform repetitive motions for up to 2 hours continuously
- Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to providing exceptional customer service and teamwork

- Ability to perform repetitive motions for short periods of time
Job Duties
- Greet everyone and proactively approach customers to understand their needs and support their shopping experience
- Uphold company merchandising and presentation standards by following established floor sets, signage requirements, price changes, inventory presentation and replenishment standards
- Promote company programs such as customer loyalty program participation, warranty sales, private label credit card enrollment
- Adhere to established policies and procedures related to safety, loss prevention and standard operating procedures
- Maintain confidentiality of all company information
- Create an inclusive store environment where everyone feels welcome, safe, and is treated with respect
- Take an all-hands-on-deck approach to support the team across the store
- Perform other tasks as assigned by management
