Job Description
Applies developed knowledge of the job skills, company policies, and procedures to complete a wide variety of difficult assignments. Works on assignments that are moderately complex in nature and require ordinary problem resolution and independent judgment. Works under limited supervision and normally receives no instruction on routine work and general instructions given for new assignments. Responsibilities include independently moving leads through the entire sales process, proactively selling products, achieving set quota and goals, and participating in the development of district sales strategy. Education and Experience Required: Four-year university/Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience; typically 4-6 years of selling or account management experience, preferably in the IT industry; proven track record in sales. Knowledge and Skills: Demonstrated ability to tailor messages to customer needs, proactive activities within accounts to uncover new business, thorough knowledge of HP portfolio, and consultative relationship-building skills. The on-target earnings (OTE) range for this role is $64,500.00 to $95,450.00 annually, with a 60/40 (salary/incentive) mix. There are additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to US candidates only). Pay varies by work location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
