As a Retail and Event Marketing Team member, your primary responsibility will be to represent Renewal by Andersens premium windows and doors in retail store and event settings, engaging prospective customers and scheduling no-cost consultations with product experts. This role is not just about selling a product, but about building relationships and trust with homeowners by showcasing the superior quality and benefits of Renewal by Andersens offerings. The company provides comprehensive paid training and ongoing support in a proven marketing methodology, ensuring that every team member has the tools and knowledge necessary to succeed. In addition to lead generation through direct interaction with customers in retail environments, curb-to-curb canvassing within assigned territories is a key component of generating qualified sales opportunities.
Your daily activities will involve polite and professional interaction with potential customers, maintaining accurate records using the companys mapping and business applications, and ensuring compliance with uniform and municipal permitting requirements. Communication and collaboration with the Canvassing Program Manager and other team members will support continuous improvement and effectiveness of the canvassing initiatives. The role requires physical stamina, including the ability to walk several miles per day and lift up to 50 pounds.

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required or 2 years experience
- Valid drivers license with a clean driving record
- Minimum age of 18 to be covered under company driving insurance policy
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated
- Able to navigate through multiple platforms on tablets
- Physically able to stand and walk 3 to 5 miles a day
Job Duties
- Vigorously and diligently work to generate leads while engaging in door-to-door campaigning in assigned territory generating qualified sales opportunities as instructed by the Canvassing Program Manager
- Transport self to assigned territory and work independently to while representing Renewal by Andersen at all times with the utmost degree of professionalism
- Utilize Renewal by Andersen mapping program, and business applications, to accurately keep records on house-to-house information and data tracking
- Be courteous, neat, clean and in proper uniform with required municipality permitting at all times
- Attend company meetings as required
- Communicate with Canvassing Program Manager ideas that can improve effectiveness of the canvassing program policies of Renewal by Andersen
- Master Renewal by Andersen methodology, product, and current promotional offerings. Become a Signature Service expert
