We are currently seeking enthusiastic and hardworking Crew Members to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about food and customer service, and who thrive in fast-paced environments. As a Crew Member, you will engage directly with customers by greeting them warmly, taking orders, and serving food and beverages with a positive and helpful attitude. You will also work closely with the kitchen staff to prepare meals following safety and sanitary guidelines, ensuring that every dish meets our high standards. Attention to cleanliness and organization is key, as you will be responsible for maintaining the restaurant’s cleanliness, including clearing tables, washing dishes, and sanitizing surfaces. Communication and teamwork are essential to your success in this role, as you will collaborate with colleagues and managers to handle scheduling, training new employees, and resolving any guest concerns professionally and calmly.

The position requires flexibility, as you must be available to work nights, weekends, and holidays, especially Fridays and Saturdays. Typical shifts include dayshift hours from 8 AM to 4 PM and nightshift hours starting between 3 PM and 5 PM until closing.   • A valid Utah Food Handlers Permit

  • Previous restaurant or customer service experience preferred

Job Duties

  • Greet customers record orders and serve food and beverages with a consistently positive and helpful attitude including answering questions about the menu
  • Input orders into a point of sale system and accept payment using a credit card reader or cash register calculating change accurately and quickly as required
  • Work together with the kitchen team to prepare foods such as steaks chicken soups and salads while following cooking instructions safety procedures and sanitary requirements
  • Use specific kitchen machinery to prepare recipes meal items
  • Ensure restaurant cleanliness daily by clearing tables returning trays to the kitchen sweeping and mopping floors washing and sanitizing kitchen utensils and servicing restrooms
  • Communicate effectively with team members and management to create work schedules train new employees and resolve any interpersonal issues as needed
  • Handle guests concerns and complaints professionally and calmly to resolve problems according to restaurant policy
