Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years experience in restaurant, hospitality, or retail management
  • Food Safety Manager certification required
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, in the English language
  • Possesses basic math skills
  • Must be able to perform job duties of every position
  • Ability to work weekends, holidays, and evenings
  • Ability to interpret financial statements and understand contributing factors
  • Licensed to operate an automobile without hours of operations restrictions
  • Has reliable transportation
  • Ability to lift and carry supplies weighing up to 60 lbs
  • Ability to stand and walk during an 8 to 10 hour shift
  • Must meet health regulations pertaining to food handling
  • Must be able to work in varying temperature environments
  • Must be able to operate point-of-sale systems
  • Must be able to tolerate exposure to potentially hazardous chemicals

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years experience in restaurant, hospitality, or retail management
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Food Safety Manager certification required
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to interpret financial statements and understand contributing factors
  • Proven problem-solving skills and ability to handle high-stress situations
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English, both orally and in writing
  • Basic math skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
  • Willingness to work weekends, holidays, and evening shifts
  • Licensed to operate an automobile without hours of operation restrictions
  • Reliable transportation to meet banking obligations

Job Duties

  • Supervise approximately 15 - 20 crew members during assigned shifts
  • Ensure proper execution of restaurant operations on assigned shift
  • Provide guests with a great dining experience
  • Uphold service and quality standards consistently
  • Assist General Manager in employee recruitment, hiring, development, and retention
  • Oversee compliance with food preparation, handling, and sanitation guidelines
  • Interpret financial and operational reports to identify performance gaps and develop solutions
  • Drive sales, guest count, and profit through community engagement
  • Monitor security procedures to protect guests, employees, and assets
  • Manage cash handling and inventory control to safeguard company resources
  • Maintain compliance with employment policies and government regulations
  • Address and resolve customer complaints and operational issues promptly
  • Collaborate and assist team members willingly to support overall restaurant success
