Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Experience in business-to-business sales preferred
- Experience in commercial cleaning, restoration, or insurance industry a plus
- Ability to use a personal vehicle with paid mileage reimbursement
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and work independently
- Ability to pass background check
- Valid California drivers license
- Ability to attend after-hours events
- Dependable and self-motivated

Job Duties
- Promote and sell franchise services in assigned territory to meet or exceed sales goals
- Grow and develop customer base through routine contacts, visits and follow-up
- Use marketing materials such as SERVPRO Key Differentiators and Emergency Ready Plan to market services
- Conduct objective-to-objective daily marketing contacts
- Build customer relationships by educating them on SERVPRO's services
- Compile and maintain center of influence (COI) information and identify target clients
- Monitor and follow up on assigned jobs to ensure customer satisfaction
