Job Description

24 Hour Flood Pros™ is a nationally recognized, non-franchised residential restoration company committed to delivering exceptional emergency restoration services across the United States. Specializing in 24/7 emergency water, fire, and mold mitigation, the company prioritizes quality, safety, and customer satisfaction, setting new standards within the restoration industry. Unlike franchised operations, 24 Hour Flood Pros™ operates with autonomy, allowing for swift, tailored responses to the unique needs of each client. This approach empowers the company to maintain close community ties and build lasting relationships through trustworthy and reliable service. The company employs passionate emergency restoration specialists dedicated to helping customers during their most challenging times with urgency, care, and professional expertise.

The open position invites experienced Restoration Specialists to advance their careers as Branch Managers. This role offers a dynamic balance of hands-on restoration work and leadership responsibilities. Candidates will have the opportunity to become leaders in the field by managing branch operations and growing a client base while maintaining the highest service quality. 24 Hour Flood Pros™ supports this leadership opportunity with an attractive compensation package including a competitive salary of $55,000 to $75,000 annually with both W-2 and 1099 employment options, ownership equity up to 10% of the branch, and a monthly profit sharing program. This equity structure is designed to reward initiative, dedication, and business acumen, giving branch managers a direct stake in the branch's success and growth.

The Branch Manager will be responsible for responding promptly and professionally to emergency calls 24 hours a day, performing assessments of damage from water, fire, and mold, and leading restoration projects from start to completion. This individual must be physically capable of performing labor-intensive restoration tasks, such as demolition and water extraction, while maintaining strict adherence to safety protocols and proper equipment use. Communication skills are essential in managing multiple customers and high volumes of calls effectively and ensuring clear, accurate scoping, testing, and job estimates. The position also offers substantial support including job leads, vehicle assistance, provision of all necessary equipment and supplies, medical, vision, dental benefits, and assistance with startup costs and training.

This career path is ideal for self-motivated individuals who desire to leverage their restoration experience into leadership roles that provide autonomy, financial growth through equity and profit sharing, and the chance to make a meaningful impact in communities by restoring damaged homes and properties. The company culture fosters dedication, teamwork, and a service-first mindset, critical for success in this fast-paced and demanding industry.
