Job Description

24 Hour Flood Pros is a national, non-franchised residential restoration company committed to delivering exceptional service and innovative solutions in the restoration industry. With a strong emphasis on quality, customer satisfaction, and community empowerment, 24 Hour Flood Pros strives to reshape how restoration services are delivered across the country. Unlike large franchise models, this company takes pride in being locally focused yet nationally connected, providing both personalized and efficient restoration services for residential properties affected by water, fire, mold, and flood damage. The company operates with a mission to offer the best and fastest emergency response services at homes and commercial properties, ensuring that clients receive timely, professional assistance when they need it most.

The role offered is a unique opportunity for an experienced Restoration Specialist to step into a leadership position as a Branch Manager. This position not only allows for a competitive salary ranging from $55,000 to $75,000 annually but also comes with the potential for up to 10% equity ownership in the branch. This entrepreneurial model encourages branch managers to build their own equity and reap the rewards of their hard work, contrasting with traditional employment where benefits primarily accrue to others. Employment options in this role include both W-2 and 1099, providing flexibility depending on the candidate's preference.

As a Branch Manager, the individual will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of restoration services within their branch, which includes managing emergency calls 24/7, performing labor-intensive restoration tasks, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout every step. The position requires strong leadership skills, quick decision-making on-site assessments, and the ability to handle a high volume of customer calls and projects simultaneously. The Branch Manager will also have access to job leads, potential vehicle assistance, including vehicle provision based on performance, and the necessary equipment and supplies to carry out restoration activities effectively.

This role demands a hands-on approach, where the Branch Manager not only manages operations but also actively participates in restoration work including water extraction, fire damage restoration, mold remediation, and related services. Safety and adherence to protocols are paramount, ensuring the well-being of both the team and clients during every restoration project. The company also provides comprehensive benefits, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, monthly profit sharing, and assistance with startup costs and training.

24 Hour Flood Pros values self-starters with strong work ethics, leadership abilities, and the willingness to work extended hours in a fast-paced environment. Candidates with prior experience in emergency mitigation or restoration services will find this opportunity particularly rewarding. This role offers a chance to be part of a dedicated team that prioritizes people in times of crisis and fosters growth through ownership and profit sharing. Joining 24 Hour Flood Pros means contributing to a mission-driven company that supports its team members and communities with integrity, professionalism, and excellence.
