As an expert-led team, 24 Hour Flood Pros offers innovative restoration services across residential and commercial properties nationwide, responding rapidly to urgent situations that require immediate and professional attention. The company values hard work, dedication, and integrity, creating an environment where team members have the opportunity to grow, lead, and make a significant impact in their roles. Employment opportunities are offered in both W-2 and 1099 formats, providing flexibility to match different professional and financial preferences. The compensation package is competitive, with salaries ranging from $55,000 to $75,000 per year, alongside the chance for profit sharing and equity ownership in the branch.

The role of Branch Manager with 24 Hour Flood Pros is specially designed for restoration specialists looking to advance their careers by stepping into leadership and entrepreneurship. As a Branch Manager, you will have a unique chance to be your own boss, build equity in your branch, and benefit directly from the hard work you contribute. This role demands an experienced individual capable of self-performing labor-intensive restoration tasks while managing operations effectively and maintaining high standards of customer service. Responsibilities include promptly responding to emergency calls, conducting detailed on-site assessments, providing accurate estimates, and overseeing multiple projects simultaneously. The position requires hands-on involvement in restoration work, including operating specialized equipment such as dehumidifiers, air movers, and moisture meters, and adhering strictly to safety protocols. 24 Hour Flood Pros supports its Branch Managers by providing job leads, vehicle assistance, medical and dental benefits, equipment and supplies, as well as help with startup costs and training. This comprehensive support system enables Branch Managers to focus on delivering exceptional service and expanding their branch's reach. The ideal candidate will demonstrate leadership qualities, excellent communication skills, and a strong work ethic. If you are passionate about restoration work, ready to take on a challenging and rewarding leadership role, and want to make a positive difference in communities affected by disasters, 24 Hour Flood Pros offers an unparalleled opportunity to advance in the emergency restoration industry.
