Job Description

24 Hour Flood Pros is a national, non-franchised residential restoration company committed to providing top-tier service and innovative solutions in the restoration industry. Dedicated to reshaping how restoration services are delivered, this company empowers its team members and builds opportunities within communities nationwide. Serving both residential and commercial properties, 24 Hour Flood Pros prides itself on its swift and effective emergency response, handling water, fire, mold, and other damage with diligence and professionalism. Their commitment to quality and customer satisfaction positions them as one of the leading players in the restoration sector, with a goal of delivering the best and fastest restoration services across the entire country.

We are currently seeking an experienced Restoration Specialist to step into the pivotal role of Branch Manager. This unique position offers a compelling opportunity for professionals who aspire to lead their own branch, putting their hard work to direct benefit and enabling them to build equity within their locality. The role blends hands-on restoration work with leadership, providing a dynamic and rewarding career path for those passionate about helping people in moments of critical need. Restoration Branch Managers at 24 Hour Flood Pros are empowered with up to 10% equity ownership in their branch, allowing them not only to earn a competitive salary but also to share in the financial success of their operations.

The compensation package includes a competitive salary ranging from $55,000 to $75,000 annually, with flexible employment options available as either W-2 employees or independent contractors under 1099 status. Additional financial incentives include a monthly profit-sharing plan paid out on the 25th of every month, vehicle assistance or potential vehicle provision tied to performance, and comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance benefits. To support smooth business operations and personalized growth, the company also offers job leads, covers equipment and supply costs, and provides assistance with start-up costs and training.

In this role, Branch Managers are responsible for responding rapidly to emergency calls, performing on-site damage assessments, and delivering labor-intensive restoration services. They are expected to manage multiple customer projects simultaneously while maintaining exceptional communication and professionalism throughout the restoration process. Safety is paramount; thus, Branch Managers must operate and maintain restoration equipment properly and adhere strictly to safety protocols including the use of personal protective equipment and the safe handling of hazardous materials.

This role requires a self-starter with a strong work ethic, excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, and the physical ability to perform demanding restoration tasks independently in fast-paced, high-pressure environments. Candidates with previous experience in emergency mitigation or restoration are preferred but not mandatory, as dedication and willingness to learn are highly valued. Educational requirements include a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent. If you are ready to take charge and grow with a forward-thinking company committed to emergency restoration excellence, 24 Hour Flood Pros invites you to apply and become part of a dedicated team that puts people and quality service first.
