Job Requirements
- High school diploma required
- 5+ years of restaurant management experience
- Must have previous experience working in a restaurant with a drive thru
- Valid U.S. work authorization
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Knowledge of labor laws food safety and workplace safety standards
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work a flexible schedule
Job Qualifications
- 5+ years of restaurant management experience ideally within a quick-service or fast-paced dining concept
- Must have worked at a restaurant before that has a drive thru
- Proven ability to recruit train and develop staff while maintaining a positive team culture
- Strong financial acumen including experience managing budgets and interpreting profit and loss statements
- Knowledge of labor laws food safety and workplace safety standards
- Skilled in multitasking meeting deadlines and prioritizing daily operations and ongoing initiatives
- Excellent communication organizational and interpersonal skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and general POS systems
- Valid U.S. work authorization and driver's license with a clean driving record
- High school diploma required additional education in business or restaurant management preferred
