Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum of 2 years supervisory experience in restaurant or hospitality environment
  • strong leadership and team management abilities
  • excellent communication skills
  • knowledge of food and beverage operations
  • ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
  • availability to work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • Proven supervisory experience in a full-service restaurant
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • hands-on leadership approach
  • familiarity with Micros or similar POS systems is a plus
  • knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
  • ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • excellent organizational and problem-solving skills

Job Duties

  • Oversee daily operations of restaurant, lounge, banquets, and related areas
  • supervise and train associates in food production, service standards, sanitation, and safety
  • provide leadership, support, and coaching to associates to ensure high-quality service
  • assist with scheduling, associate evaluations, and disciplinary action as needed
  • participate in staff meetings, BEO (Banquet Event Order) meetings, food and beverage meetings, and inventory counts
  • ensure all food and beverage service is high quality, consistent, and efficiently executed
  • maintain open communication between management and associates
  • step in and assist with food service and other hotel operations when needed
