Job Requirements
- high school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
- at least 1 year of related work experience
- ability to handle guest inquiries professionally
- capability to use sales-related software
- excellent verbal and written communication skills
- ability to perform general office duties
- maintain confidentiality of information
- comply with company policies and safety regulations
- physically able to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
- able to move, lift, carry, push, pull objects weighing up to 10 pounds without assistance

Job Duties
- prepare sales-related documents throughout the sales process such as proposals, contracts, or banquet event orders
- promote awareness of brand image internally and externally
- gather materials and assemble information packages like brochures and promotional materials
- use sales techniques that maximize revenue while maintaining guest loyalty
- assist management in developing, implementing, and executing revenue, marketing programs for all outlets and room service
- develop, coordinate, and implement social media initiatives and beverage promotional programs
- enter, retrieve, reconcile, and verify information in sales software related to commissions, leads, and third parties
- answer guest questions regarding property facilities, services, rates, promotions, and special events
- serve as point of contact for clients via phone and email
- coordinate reservation confirmations for special and holiday events for parties of six or more
- coordinate food and beverage sales in hospitality suites through the Room Service Department
- perform general office duties including filing, emailing, typing, faxing, and copying
- report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to manager
- follow company policies and procedures including professional appearance and confidentiality
- welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards
- speak clearly and professionally
- prepare and review written documents accurately
- answer telephones with proper etiquette
- develop and maintain positive working relationships with coworkers
- support team goals and listen/respond appropriately to employee concerns
- comply with quality assurance standards
- read and verify information in multiple formats
- perform physical tasks such as moving objects up to 10 pounds unassisted, standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods
