Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of one year of food and beverage service experience
  • Previous cashiering experience
  • Ability to operate point-of-sale systems and handle cash and credit transactions
  • Strong verbal communication skills
  • Ability to lift and carry trays up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to stand for at least 5 hours per shift
  • Ability to work multiple tasks in a busy environment

Job Duties

  • Greet guests warmly and take orders in a timely and friendly manner
  • Deliver food and beverages accurately and promptly
  • Answer questions about menu items, specials, and food preparation
  • Maintain table appearance by pre-bussing and providing necessary items
  • Communicate with kitchen staff to address food quality concerns
  • Follow alcohol awareness procedures and notify management when necessary
  • Present checks and handle payments accurately
