Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • 1+ years of restaurant or retail management experience or Raising Cane's advanced crew experience
  • Able to work a variety of shifts including days, evenings, and weekends
  • Able to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment requiring physical exertion such as standing, walking, lifting, and bending
  • Willingness to travel as needed for work-related functions and training
  • Completion of all required Raising Cane's company training programs
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • 1+ years of restaurant or retail management experience or Raising Cane's advanced crew experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Self-driven and flexible
  • Capable of working independently and collaboratively
  • Completion of all required company training programs

Job Duties

  • Enforces Raising Cane's policies and standards
  • Manages assigned zone according to Raising Cane's operations and safety standards
  • Uses required tools, forms, and logs to support shift execution, document results, and take corrective action when needed
  • Directs crewmembers during a shift
  • Provides exemplary customer service
  • Supports execution of reward and recognition programs for crewmembers
  • Authorizes employee functions requiring manager approval such as discounts and promotions
  • Ensures cleanliness of the restaurant and maintains facility upkeep
  • Completes other duties as assigned
