Job Requirements
- Minimum 18 years of age
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- at least 1 year of restaurant or retail management experience or Raising Cane’s advanced crew experience
- self-driven and flexible
- strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- excellent communication skills
- ability to work independently and as part of a team
- able to work varied shifts including nights and weekends
- completion of all required Raising Cane’s company training programs
Job Qualifications
- At least 1 year of restaurant or retail management experience or Raising Cane’s advanced crew experience
- strong written and verbal communication skills
- ability to work independently and collaboratively
- capable of recognizing problems and implementing solutions
- able to work a variety of shifts including days, evenings and weekends
- flexible and highly energetic
- able to complete all required company training programs
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- minimum 18 years of age
Job Duties
- Ensure operations meet Raising Cane’s standards in one restaurant zone during a shift
- enforce Raising Cane’s policies and standards
- manage assigned zone according to Raising Cane’s operations and safety standards
- use required tools, forms and logs to support shift execution, document results and take corrective action
- direct crewmembers during a shift
- provide exemplary customer service
- support execution of reward and recognition program for crewmembers
- authorize employee functions requiring manager approval
- ensure cleanliness and good working order of the restaurant
- complete other duties as assigned
