Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- able to work a variety of shifts including days, evenings, and weekends
- flexible and self-driven
- able to recognize problems and develop action plans
- able to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment requiring physical exertion
- able to travel for work-related functions and training as needed
- detail-oriented and organized
- able to use personal protective equipment when required
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- 1 or more years of restaurant or retail management experience, or Raising Cane's advanced crew experience
- strong written and verbal communication skills
- ability to work independently and collaboratively
- capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
- completion of required company training programs
Job Duties
- Enforce Raising Cane's policies and standards during shifts
- manage assigned restaurant zone operations and safety standards
- use required tools, forms, and logs to support shift execution and document results
- direct crewmembers and provide exemplary customer service
- support reward and recognition programs for crewmembers
- authorize employee functions requiring managerial approval
- ensure cleanliness and good working order of the restaurant
- complete other duties as assigned
