The Restaurant Zone Manager at Raising Cane's is a pivotal role responsible for supporting the Restaurant Leader in managing day-to-day restaurant operations, ensuring compliance with Raising Cane's high standards, and fostering the company culture within one restaurant zone during shifts. This position demands a highly organized and detail-oriented leader who can navigate the fast-paced environment of a foodservice operation, including kitchen activities that require physical exertion such as walking, standing, lifting, and bending. The Zone Manager must be comfortable working indoors and outdoors in varied temperatures and safely handling food products, commercial cleaning supplies, and equipment.
This role requires exceptional customer service skills and the ability to lead and motivate crewmembers effectively through direct supervision during shifts. Responsibilities include enforcing company policies, maintaining restaurant cleanliness and operational excellence, and supporting employee engagement through rewards and recognition programs. The Zone Manager also plays a key role in operational decision-making, such as authorizing employee discounts and promotions where managerial approval is required.
The ideal candidate is self-driven, energetic, and adaptable, with strong written and verbal communication skills, capable of managing multiple priorities in a dynamic work environment. Experience of one or more years in restaurant or retail management or advanced crew experience within Raising Cane's is essential. The position demands flexibility in scheduling, including the availability to work varied shifts such as days, evenings, weekends, and travel as necessary for training and work-related functions. Completion of Raising Cane’s company training programs is mandatory, and candidates must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Job Duties
- Enforce Raising Cane's policies and standards during shifts
- manage assigned restaurant zone operations and safety standards
