As a Server, your primary responsibilities will include efficiently serving food and beverages according to guest orders and event menus, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of menu items and other offerings, and keeping food service areas clean and organized throughout the event. You will also be charged with replenishing food and drink products as needed while strictly adhering to all alcohol service policies, including checking identification to promote responsible alcohol consumption. Providing exceptional customer service is paramount, requiring anticipation of guest needs, maintaining a positive and professional demeanor, and working effectively with coworkers. After events, you will assist in breaking down and sanitizing workstations and equipment, supporting the overall cleanliness and safety standards of the venue.
