We are currently seeking a reliable and energetic team player to join our crew in a versatile utility role. This unique position requires flexibility as the employee will be required to work both the front of house and back of house operations depending on the restaurant’s needs. Whether it’s running food to tables, clearing and resetting tables, assisting in cooking and food preparation, or handling dishwashing and cleaning duties, this role keeps the restaurant running efficiently throughout service hours. It is well suited for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy variety in their daily work tasks.
This position demands a high level of multitasking, the ability to work well under pressure, and maintain a positive attitude while supporting the team. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic and the capacity to be self-sufficient, as there may be times when closing the kitchen solo is required. Food safety and sanitation are paramount, and the employee will be expected to adhere strictly to these standards at all times. This position offers a competitive hourly wage starting at minimum wage plus tips, equating to around $25 per hour depending on experience. Job Requirements
- Must be 21 or older
- Previous restaurant experience preferred but not required
- Ability to work on your feet for long periods and lift up to 30 lbs
- Availability including evenings and weekends
- Must have a positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
- Food Handler's Permit or willingness to obtain one

Job Duties
- Run food orders from the kitchen to tables quickly and accurately
- Clear and reset tables efficiently
- Assist with cooking and food prep
- Pre-setting tables with roll-ups and plates
- Wash dishes, clean kitchen equipment, and maintain a clean workspace
- Support the team wherever needed including light customer service
- Follow food safety and sanitation standards at all times
