The role of Restaurant Unit Manager within Wenspok Companies is a pivotal leadership position responsible for overseeing the entire operations of a Wendy's restaurant. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent credential
- minimum of two years of Shift Supervisor experience or one year as an Assistant Manager in the restaurant industry
- capability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays
- valid driver's license in proper standing
- private transportation accessibility
- understanding of cost of goods sold integral to budgeting and forecasting
- ability to come to work promptly and as scheduled
- talent for following directions accurately and working in harmony with others
- competency in finishing all relevant training programs effectively
