The role of Restaurant Unit Manager within Wenspok Companies is a pivotal leadership position responsible for overseeing the entire operations of a Wendy's restaurant. As the second in command under the General Manager, the Restaurant Unit Manager provides leadership, training, and support to ensure the delivery of exceptional customer service while maintaining high standards of quality, service, and cleanliness. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent credential
  • minimum of two years of Shift Supervisor experience or one year as an Assistant Manager in the restaurant industry
  • capability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays
  • valid driver's license in proper standing
  • private transportation accessibility
  • understanding of cost of goods sold integral to budgeting and forecasting
  • ability to come to work promptly and as scheduled
  • talent for following directions accurately and working in harmony with others
  • competency in finishing all relevant training programs effectively
