Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent credential
- Minimum two years of shift supervisor experience or one year as an assistant manager
- Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
- Valid driver’s license and access to private transportation
- Ability to work promptly and as scheduled
- Proven experience overseeing a team in a fast paced environment
- Understanding of cost of goods sold for budgeting and forecasting
- Strong problem solving and decision making ability
- Oriented towards delivering results and customer satisfaction
- Ability to follow directions accurately and work collaboratively
- Successful completion of all relevant training programs
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent credential
- Minimum of two years of Shift Supervisor experience or one year as an Assistant Manager in the restaurant industry
- Experience working in high-volume quick service restaurant or fast casual concepts preferred
- Strong customer service focus internally and externally
- Ability to effectively manage and develop a team
- Capable of working flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
- Valid driver’s license and access to private transportation
- Proven problem solving and decision making skills
- Strong understanding of cost of goods sold including budgeting and forecasting
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Completion of relevant training programs
Job Duties
- Educate support and mentor employees to shape a high performing team
- Build a warm and inclusive atmosphere that fosters a sense of belonging and enjoyment for both staff and diners
- Verify and enhance food safety protocols to meet regulatory compliance standards
- Attain store sales and profit objectives by implementing successful operational management strategies
- Adhere to the QSC (Quality Service Cleanliness) objectives to ensure that the establishment maintains high standards in all areas
- Ensure the security and protection of Wendy's brand and resources
- Organize team members' shifts to guarantee adequate staffing
