Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent credential
Minimum two years of shift supervisor experience or one year as an assistant manager
Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
Valid driver’s license and access to private transportation
Ability to work promptly and as scheduled
Proven experience overseeing a team in a fast paced environment
Understanding of cost of goods sold for budgeting and forecasting
Strong problem solving and decision making ability
Oriented towards delivering results and customer satisfaction
Ability to follow directions accurately and work collaboratively
Successful completion of all relevant training programs

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent credential
Minimum of two years of Shift Supervisor experience or one year as an Assistant Manager in the restaurant industry
Experience working in high-volume quick service restaurant or fast casual concepts preferred
Strong customer service focus internally and externally
Ability to effectively manage and develop a team
Capable of working flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
Valid driver’s license and access to private transportation
Proven problem solving and decision making skills
Strong understanding of cost of goods sold including budgeting and forecasting
Ability to work as part of a team
Completion of relevant training programs

Job Duties

Educate support and mentor employees to shape a high performing team
Build a warm and inclusive atmosphere that fosters a sense of belonging and enjoyment for both staff and diners
Verify and enhance food safety protocols to meet regulatory compliance standards
Attain store sales and profit objectives by implementing successful operational management strategies
Adhere to the QSC (Quality Service Cleanliness) objectives to ensure that the establishment maintains high standards in all areas
Ensure the security and protection of Wendy's brand and resources
Organize team members' shifts to guarantee adequate staffing
