The role of Restaurant Unit Manager at The Wenspok Companies is a comprehensive leadership position responsible for managing the operations of an entire restaurant location. As the second in command after the General Manager, the Restaurant Unit Manager plays a key role in driving store performance, developing employees, and ensuring exceptional customer experiences. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent credential
  • Minimum two years of shift supervisor experience or one year as an assistant manager
  • Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
  • Valid driver’s license and access to private transportation
  • Ability to work promptly and as scheduled
  • Proven experience overseeing a team in a fast paced environment
  • Understanding of cost of goods sold for budgeting and forecasting
  • Strong problem solving and decision making ability
  • Oriented towards delivering results and customer satisfaction
  • Ability to follow directions accurately and work collaboratively
  • Successful completion of all relevant training programs

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent credential
  • Minimum of two years of Shift Supervisor experience or one year as an Assistant Manager in the restaurant industry
  • Experience working in high-volume quick service restaurant or fast casual concepts preferred
  • Strong customer service focus internally and externally
  • Ability to effectively manage and develop a team
  • Capable of working flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
  • Valid driver’s license and access to private transportation
  • Proven problem solving and decision making skills
  • Strong understanding of cost of goods sold including budgeting and forecasting
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • Completion of relevant training programs

  • Ensure the security and protection of Wendy's brand and resources
  • Organize team members' shifts to guarantee adequate staffing
