Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • prior customer service or team leadership experience preferred
  • ability to operate POS and audio-visual technology
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • passion for movies and dining experiences
  • willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties

  • lead and motivate team members to deliver exceptional customer service
  • manage daily theater and restaurant operations including staffing and scheduling
  • operate and oversee POS systems and advanced audio-visual equipment
  • maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization across theater and dining areas
  • assist in training and developing new employees
  • coordinate special events and team outings
  • ensure compliance with safety and health regulations
