Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent
- prior customer service or team leadership experience preferred

Job Duties
- lead and motivate team members to deliver exceptional customer service
- manage daily theater and restaurant operations including staffing and scheduling
- operate and oversee POS systems and advanced audio-visual equipment
- maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization across theater and dining areas
- assist in training and developing new employees
- coordinate special events and team outings
- ensure compliance with safety and health regulations
