The company is currently hiring Front of House Team Members to join its dynamic team. The position offers hourly wages between $17.00 and $22.00, inclusive of tips, reflecting competitive pay within the restaurant industry. Both full-time and part-time opportunities are available, making it flexible enough to suit a range of schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays. Team members participate in a tip pool and are paid bi-weekly.

The Front of House role at Mendocino Farms is multi-faceted. Team members are expected to engage with guests warmly and guide them through the menu, enhancing their dining experience. Responsibilities include taking orders, running food from the kitchen to the tables, bussing and resetting tables, and plating food attractively. In addition, the position involves rotating through various stations such as Cashier, Host, Expo, and Floor/Runner, ensuring a dynamic and varied workday.
