The company is currently hiring Front of House Team Members to join its energetic and passionate team. This role is a vital part of the Mendocino Farms experience, as Front of House Team Members are the face of the restaurant and play an important role in creating a warm and enjoyable atmosphere for guests. The position involves a variety of duties including greeting guests, taking orders, guiding customers through the menu, running food, bussing tables, and plating food. Team members are expected to be versatile and capable of working across multiple stations such as cashier, host, expo, and floor runner. The pay ranges from $20.00 to $25.00 per hour, including tips, which all Mendocino Farms team members share in through a tip pool. Employees are paid on a bi-weekly basis.
