Job Requirements
- be at least 16 years old
- able to stand for long periods
- able to bend, twist, and reach
- able to lift up to 55 pounds
- willing to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- able to obtain food safety licenses or certifications if required
- positive attitude and dependable work ethic
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous kitchen or food preparation experience is a plus but not required
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- strong teamwork and communication skills
- willingness to learn and develop culinary skills
- ability to meet physical demands of the job
- availability for night, weekend, and holiday shifts is a plus
- ability to obtain and maintain food safety certifications if required
Job Duties
- showcasing culinary skills by prepping and cooking dishes to order
- ensuring dishes are prepared with consistency, quality, and presentation
- developing culinary techniques through hands-on training
- thriving in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- managing multiple tasks to meet guest expectations promptly
- maintaining cleanliness and organization of the kitchen
- meeting food safety and sanitation standards
