The current job opening is for a Restaurant Team Member position, which is a part-time or full-time role paying $16.00 per hour plus tips. This role requires a warm, enthusiastic individual who can embody enlightened hospitality by interacting with team members and guests with genuine care and respect. The successful candidate will prepare and assemble food items according to Shake Shack’s high standards and recipes and rotate through different kitchen and front-of-house stations to maintain an engaging work atmosphere. The position requires weekend availability and potentially working until 12:30 PM, subject to applicable regulations.
