Job Requirements
- high school diploma or GED preferred
- ability to perform assigned workstation duties
- ability to work as part of a team
- ability to operate POS systems and handle cash or credit transactions
- compliance with uniform and appearance standards
- ability to communicate professionally with customers
- willingness to support closing and cleaning duties
- adherence to safety and security standards
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or GED preferred
- Serv-Safe, local or state food service certification preferred
Job Duties
- perform assigned workstation duties including making quality products
- prepare ingredients
- take customer orders
- provide quality customer service through positive and professional interaction by phone or in person
- act with a sense of urgency in all tasks
- work as part of a team and support other workstations
- complete all closing duties including cleaning
- comply with uniform and appearance standards
- contribute to an atmosphere of teamwork, energy, and fun
- accurately use the FOCUS System
- process cash and/or credit card transactions
- support sales efforts by suggestive selling
- maintain organized, safe, and clean work areas
- comply with safety and security standards
