Job Requirements

must be 16 years of age or older to perform specified duties
ability to work long hours including nights, weekends, and unscheduled shifts
physical capability to stand for prolonged periods and handle frequent bending, twisting, lifting up to 50 pounds
ability to work in environments with varying temperatures, noise, and exposure to mechanical parts and chemicals
ability to follow company uniform and operational standards
legal authorization to work in the United States

Job Duties

perform assigned workstation duties including making quality products
prepare ingredients
take orders
provide quality customer service through positive and professional interaction with customers by phone or in person
act with a sense of urgency in all tasks
work as a team and support other workstations
complete all closing duties including cleaning
comply with uniform and appearance standards
accurately use the FOCUS system and process cash or credit card transactions
suggestively sell to increase check average
maintain organized, safe and clean work areas
comply with safety and security standards at all times
