Job Requirements
- high school diploma or GED preferred
- Serv-Safe or local/state food service certification preferred
- ability to follow Papa John’s uniform and appearance standards
- comply with federal, state, and local laws and ordinances
- punctuality and the ability to work part-time or full-time shifts
- ability to perform cleaning and closing duties
- good communication skills
- ability to handle cash and credit card transactions

Job Duties
- perform assigned workstation duties including making quality products
- prepare ingredients
- take orders
- provide quality customer service through positive and professional interaction with customers by phone or in person
- act with a sense of urgency in all tasks
- support other workstations during shifts
- complete all closing duties including cleaning
- accurately use the FOCUS System
- process cash and/or credit card transactions
- support sales through suggestive selling to increase check average
- maintain organized, safe, and clean work areas
- comply with safety and security standards at all times
