Job Requirements
- must be 18 years of age or older
- ability to perform physical tasks such as standing for prolonged periods, using hands repetitively, lifting up to 50 pounds
- able to work long hours including nights, weekends, and emergencies
- if cross-trained as a delivery driver, must have a valid driver’s license
- acceptable motor vehicle record
- proof of insurance
- own a vehicle
- comply with uniform, appearance, and safety standards
- able to provide additional documentation as required by states

Job Duties
- perform assigned workstation duties including making quality products
- prepare ingredients
- take orders
- provide quality customer service through positive and professional interaction with customers by phone or in person
- act with a sense of urgency
- work as a team and assist each other by being on time for their shift
- support other workstations during their shift
- complete all closing duties including cleaning at the end of each shift
- comply with uniform and appearance standards
- accurately use the PROFIT System
- process cash, check and/or credit card transactions
- support sales efforts by suggestively selling to increase check average
- maintain organized, safe and clean work areas
- comply with safety and security standards at all times
