Job Requirements
- high school diploma or ged preferred
- serv-safe or local or state food service certification preferred
Job Qualifications
- experience in a fast-paced customer service or food service environment preferred
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work effectively as part of a team
- proficiency in handling cash and credit transactions
- basic knowledge of food safety standards
- ability to follow operational procedures and standards

Job Duties
- perform assigned workstation duties including making quality products
- prepare ingredients
- take orders
- provide quality customer service through positive and professional interaction with customers by phone or in person
- act with a sense of urgency in all tasks
- work as part of a team and assist colleagues
- be punctual for shifts
- support other workstations during shifts
- complete all closing duties including cleaning
- enhance company image by complying with uniform and appearance standards
- contribute to a positive team atmosphere with energy and fun
- accurately use the FOCUS system
- process cash and credit card transactions
- support sales efforts by suggestive selling to increase check average
- maintain organized, safe, and clean work areas
- comply with safety and security standards at all times
