The Team Member position at Papa John’s is a non-exempt hourly role focused on performing a variety of workstation duties to maintain product quality and customer satisfaction. The role demands flexibility and a proactive approach to tasks, which include preparing ingredients, making products, taking orders, and delivering exceptional customer service through positive and professional interactions, either by phone or in person. Team Members are expected to work collaboratively as part of a team, supporting fellow staff members, being punctual, and diligently completing all closing and cleaning responsibilities at the end of each shift. This position plays a critical role in not only executing day-to-day operations efficiently but also contributing to an energetic, friendly workplace atmosphere that emphasizes teamwork and fun.
Additionally, Team Members are responsible for the accurate handling of cash and credit card transactions using Papa John’s proprietary FOCUS System. They are encouraged to support sales initiatives through suggestive selling techniques to enhance the overall check average. Maintaining organized, safe, and clean work areas is essential to protect company assets and uphold safety and security standards. The physical demands of the role include repetitive hand movements, prolonged standing, bending, reaching, lifting up to 50 pounds regularly, and occasionally handling heavier items, making physical fitness and stamina important qualities for prospective candidates. The work environment may include outdoor conditions with variable temperatures, exposure to noisy areas, moving machinery, sharp tools, fumes, odors, dust, and toxic chemicals, requiring strict adherence to safety protocols.

Job Duties
