Job Duties
- Perform assigned workstation duties including making quality products
- Prepare ingredients
- Take orders
- Provide quality customer service through positive and professional interaction with customers by phone or in person
- Act with a sense of urgency
- Work as part of a team
- Support other workstations during shifts
- Complete closing duties including cleaning
- Comply with uniform and appearance standards
- Accurately use the FOCUS System
- Process cash and credit card transactions
- Suggestively sell to increase check average
- Maintain organized, safe, and clean work areas
- Comply with safety and security standards
