Job Requirements
- Meet minimum age requirement of 16 years or older
- be able to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for extended periods
- able to clearly communicate and understand directions in a loud environment
- possess strong interpersonal skills and a positive attitude
- be reliable, punctual, and flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- complete basic food safety training, including obtaining a Food Handler's Card as required by law
- enjoy working with food
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous food service experience is preferred but not required
- strong interpersonal and communication skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- basic food safety knowledge and practice

Job Duties
- Execute duties for specific bakery-cafe areas such as production, prep, service, cashier, expo, drive-thru, barista, guest experience champion, and quality control
- greet every guest with genuine warmth and enthusiasm
- assemble fresh salads, soups, and sandwiches with care, accuracy, and efficiency
- assist guests at entry, cashier, and dining areas
- maintain a clean, safe, and inviting environment by following food safety standards and cleaning protocols
- adapt to daily priorities and changes with a positive attitude
- support team success by completing cleaning, stocking, and setting up for the next shift
