Job Requirements

  • Meet minimum age requirement of 16 years or older
  • be able to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for extended periods
  • able to clearly communicate and understand directions in a loud environment
  • possess strong interpersonal skills and a positive attitude
  • be reliable, punctual, and flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • complete basic food safety training, including obtaining a Food Handler's Card as required by law
  • enjoy working with food

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • previous food service experience is preferred but not required
  • strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • basic food safety knowledge and practice
  • willingness to learn and adapt
  • ability to multitask effectively

Job Duties

  • Execute duties for specific bakery-cafe areas such as production, prep, service, cashier, expo, drive-thru, barista, guest experience champion, and quality control
  • greet every guest with genuine warmth and enthusiasm
  • assemble fresh salads, soups, and sandwiches with care, accuracy, and efficiency
  • assist guests at entry, cashier, and dining areas
  • maintain a clean, safe, and inviting environment by following food safety standards and cleaning protocols
  • adapt to daily priorities and changes with a positive attitude
  • support team success by completing cleaning, stocking, and setting up for the next shift
