The role of a Restaurant Team Member at Panera Bread is integral to delivering the brand’s promise of outstanding hospitality and quality food service. This position is a full-time or part-time opportunity, with competitive pay ranging from $20.00 to $23.00 per hour, dependent on experience and location. As a Restaurant Team Member, you will be the heart of the guest experience, engaging warmly with customers and ensuring that every interaction is positive and meaningful. Your responsibilities will vary depending on your specific area within the bakery-cafe, including roles such as Production, Prep, Service, Cashier, Expo, Drive-Thru, Barista, Guest Experience Champion, and Quality Control (QC).

You will assist guests at various points throughout the cafe including entry, cashier stations, and dining areas, while maintaining a safe, clean environment through adherence to food safety standards and proper cleaning protocols.

Working collaboratively with team members, you contribute to the overall success of the bakery-cafe by completing cleaning and stocking duties as well as preparing the space for the following shifts.
