The Team Member role at Papa John's is vital in ensuring that every customer receives high-quality products and exceptional service that meets the company's stringent standards. This role involves performing various workstation duties such as making pizzas, preparing ingredients, taking customer orders, and providing excellent customer service through positive, professional interactions either in person or via phone. They also play a crucial role in safeguarding company assets by ensuring that work areas are kept safe, clean, and organized at all times while adhering to health, safety, and security regulations. Physical stamina is necessary as the job requires standing for prolonged periods, repetitive hand motions, lifting heavy items, and occasionally managing outdoor work environments with exposure to varying temperatures and equipment noise. Team Members must be at least 18 years old to perform certain duties such as pizza loading, oven tending, and delivery. Job Requirements
- must be 18 years of age or older for specific duties
- ability to work long hours including nights, weekends, and emergencies
- valid driver’s license, motor vehicle record, proof of insurance and suitable vehicle if cross-trained as delivery driver
- comply with federal, state, and local laws and ordinances
- physically capable to stand, walk, lift up to 50 pounds regularly and occasionally over 51 pounds
- able to work outdoors in various environmental conditions
- bilingual in certain markets
- non-exempt, hourly position
