The roles within our locations are diverse and offer various paths for career advancement. Current available positions include Bakers, Buffet Attendants, Bussers, Catering staff, Guest Experience Attendants, Grill Cooks, Fry Cooks, Hot Cooks, Line Cooks, Local Store Marketing Coordinators, Hosts/Cashiers, Prep Persons, ProStart Interns, Meat Cutters, Utility Persons, and Servers. Opportunities may vary by location, but each position plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of the restaurant and an outstanding customer experience.

New co-workers begin their journey with orientation and practice in a single skill position. This approach allows you to focus on mastering your role and tracking your progress toward becoming certified. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • Physical capability to perform job duties such as lifting and standing
  • Customer service orientation
  • Ability to follow instructions and work efficiently
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States
  • Willingness to undergo background check if required

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous experience in food service or hospitality is a plus but not required
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
  • Willingness to learn and cross-train in multiple positions
  • Basic math skills
  • Ability to stand for extended periods of time

Job Duties

  • Serve guests with friendly and efficient customer service

  • Assist in stocking and inventory management
