We offer positions in a wide variety of roles, including Bakers, Buffet Attendants, Bussers, Catering staff, Guest Experience Attendants, Grill, Fry, and Hot Cooks, Line cooks, Local Store Marketing Coordinators, Hosts/Cashiers, Prep Persons, ProStart Interns, Meat Cutters, Utility Persons, and Servers. These opportunities may vary based on location, reflecting the unique demands and rhythms of each restaurant. As a new co-worker, each individual begins with orientation and practical training in one skill position. Our FastTracks training program allows team members to track their progress toward certification in their chosen role and encourages cross-training in other skill areas to build versatility and career growth.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum age requirement to work legally
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
  • Ability to follow instructions and work under supervision

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Greet and assist guests in a friendly and professional manner

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations and dining areas
  • Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations
  • Participate in FastTracks training and cross-training for skill development
