The position available at Lake Erie Corral, LLC is ideal for individuals who are energetic, friendly, and eager to be part of a dynamic team in the food service industry. The company is currently seeking co-workers to fill various roles within the restaurant including bakers, buffet attendants, bussers, catering staff, guest experience attendants, grill cooks, fry cooks, hot cooks, line cooks, local store marketing coordinators, hosts/cashiers, prep persons, ProStart interns, meat cutters, utility persons, and servers. The availability of positions may vary depending on the location.

As a new team member, you will start with an orientation specific to your initial skill position. You will have the ability to monitor your progress towards becoming certified in that role through the innovative FastTracks training program. After certification, the company encourages cross-training to build versatile skills and offer broader opportunities within the restaurant environment.
