Job Requirements

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • prior experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry is advantageous
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • basic math skills for handling transactions
  • willingness to learn and cross-train in multiple skill positions
  • dependable work ethic and punctuality

Job Duties

  • greet and serve guests with friendliness and professionalism
  • maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining and kitchen areas
  • prepare food items according to established recipes and safety standards
  • replenish buffet stations to ensure food availability and quality
  • assist in catering and event preparations when required
  • participate in cross-training and skill advancement programs
  • handle cash register operations and customer transactions accurately
