Job Requirements
- must be at least 16 years old
- able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- pass a background check if required
- physically able to stand for extended periods
- capable of lifting and carrying moderate weights
- willing to undergo training and certification
- legally authorized to work in the united states
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous experience in food service or hospitality is advantageous
- strong interpersonal and communication skills
- ability to work as part of a team
- basic math skills
- willingness to learn and grow within the company
- ability to handle food safely and follow health regulations
Job Duties
- assist customers with their dining needs
- maintain cleanliness and organization of dining and kitchen areas
- prepare and cook food items according to Golden Corral standards
- operate cooking and kitchen equipment safely
- restock buffet and food stations
- provide excellent customer service and hospitality
- participate in training and development programs
