Employees enjoy flexible scheduling options and a positive work environment that encourages career advancement.

The role of a Team Leader at Whataburger is a dynamic and rewarding position designed for individuals who excel at leadership, customer service, and operations management within a fast-paced restaurant environment. Team Leaders are essential supervisors who support the management team by enhancing restaurant operations and ensuring excellent customer service. The company supports Team Leaders by providing flexible schedules, various shift options including day, night, evening, and overnight, and a comprehensive benefits package that addresses medical, dental, vision, disability, and retirement needs. Additionally, Whataburger recognizes and rewards the efforts of its employees through awards and appreciation events, fostering a motivating work atmosphere. This role is ideal for individuals who are at least 18 years old, enjoy teamwork, and have prior leadership experience in restaurant, retail, or hospitality settings. Working at Whataburger is not just a job; it is a chance to become part of a community driven by shared values of service, development, and respect.
